Full Moon in Aquarius 2020 brings first summers storm to Florida

As we are approaching the weekend, we are beginning to feel and see the energy of the full moon. I always pay special attention to the lunar cycle when there is a hurricane approaching, especially when it is close to home. The tides tend to be higher when there is a full moon and storms can be more intense.
The full moon is always a good time to detach and let go of that which no longer fits into your life. This full moon will square Uranus in Taurus which only means one thing: EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.
Full moons tend to bring out the more emotional, instinctual—you might even say, irrational—side of our nature.

The Aquarius full moon on Monday, August 3, is square Uranus. So this brings unexpected change and peculiar events. This is a moon phase for flexibility and adaptability, not for taking risks or making erratic changes.

The full moon falls on the same day as Mercury opposite Saturn. The previous new moon on July 20 was also opposite Saturn. This means positive thinking, hard work, patience, and kind words will make thedifficult changes ahead much easier to handle.
Home, family, and intimate relationships come into sharper focus for the following two weeks of this moon phase. Opposing forces such as work versus home, or what you need versus what you want, create inner tension and external pressures. This can lead to conflict and crises that drain your energy.
The lunar qualities of emotions and instincts reach their peak at a full moon. So use your increased emotional strength and intuition to overcome any relationship challenges. Subconscious awareness allows for an impartial and balanced look at your personal relationships. You will clearly see any relationship dynamics or negative feelings causing disharmony.
